5 Tips To Keep A Healthy Home

Coach Jimmy and his wife Cynthia are expecting their 3rd child. Jimmy is sharing his tips on how he and Cynthia encourage and maintain their healthy family/ home and ways you can, too!

5 Tips To Keep A Healthy Home:

  1. Walk/take stairs whenever possible (moms, this includes going to the mall/ grocery store)

  2. Keep all junk food out of site (not out in the open)

  3. No gym - do bodyweight exercises (see below)

    5 Rounds 1 minute per each exercise:

    Body Weight Power Squat

    Bw Pull Planks

    Shin Box Switches

  4. Reduce/break up TV /tablet time with exercises or brain games

  5. Get your hands on basic fitness equipment such as Battle Ropes (amazon) as low ($23)
